* Repeat steps 1-13 to experience my humdrum life as Amalina Al-Bakry at the moment.

How I wish to be  happy and couldn't care less about the world now.  But who am I to lie?
When you realized that you're spending 4 months of cuti  lounging in the comfort of home, watching TV like nobody's business, your gut actually a bit pained with awesome grown-up Facebook statuses like:

"Meeting my first client tomorrow! So nervous! ><"

 or

"I'm bored to death, no pelanggan in my office right now!!"

---------ヽ(`Д´)ノ--------
*silent scream*

If you're bored, than GOD knows how "fun" and "excited" I was in my home...

I get the fact that already. It was (and still) straight and obviously, non-compromised.
I can't work unless I get a degree first and work as a fresh grad.
I'm totally good with that you know but sometimes I wonder how is it if I worked at some random fastfood chain :D

But still, I think  life could be great if you manage to squeeze out few productive moments out of it.
For me, what make me sane and attached to the real world is what I'm engrossed in doing now--Knitting.

So knitting is basically my boredom-killer right now. I knit almost every minute, doing stitches now felt like eating; like-- you can shove food into your mouth without the need to concentrate on that--basically that's how I am right now with knit and purl stitches. Ehe. Kinda proud of it.

So far, I've done quite a number of patterns already.

This one's the garter stitch. The most basic stitch. I you claim that you can knit, you MUST know garter stitch alreadyyy!

This is the second pattern that I learnt. The stockinette stitch. Take a great look at your socks, if you have a knitted one--it's usually utilized in socks, hence the name:)

This is the rib stitch. My favourite. Rib stitch has many variations, fisherman's rib stitch or prime brioche rib. It's stretchy by nature, so sometimes its used for hats and sweaters.

The cable stitch. It's not hard as it look. :) but it can be confusing as the stitches
are pretty complicated ><

The basketweave stitch. Working on this right now and it's showing results! :D

So much that knitting made me felt like 60 year-olds in knitting groups gossiping about soap operas, I love the results of my knits so much.
So, knitting is not limited to  old lady with lacy doilies and pregnant women alone!

Well, at least, I'm pretty productive, albeit unemployed~
