毎日日本!「10」
Selepas post keluh-kesah aku...
I'm back to normal!!!
We just had potluck class today (my Mass Media class) with our lecturer, Sandra Tanahashi-sensei.
As Malaysians representatives, we cooked: Bubur Lambuukk!~
Okeh, initially it was intended to be nashigoren, but apparently the rice was not cooked properly so we decided to alter the whole recipe: Come into into the rescue--> lotsa and lotsa water and Malaysian secret ingredients~~~ huahuahua
d heck la aku nak bagitau! ni resepi kejayaan mestilah top secret! *kijam*
Okay, so, the rest were like brought some spaghettis, french toasts, omelets, tempura, quesadillas and "Edo-period snacks" quote from Alrae Kieron Ramsey, well, literally meaning: some Japanese "potechi" (potato chips) and senbei, not forgetting all-time favorite Coca-cola and Suntory Lemon CC.
Oh yeah. Some bring McD hamburgers too.
Apepunye tak kreatif la mamat2 ompoteh nih.
The Japanese students brought bento packs yang comel-lote-tak-sanggup-dimakankan-pun.
Tanahashi-sensei herself brought plentiful of foods~
Spaghetti with ham (buuu..rijek for non-halal)
Salad with ham (buu..rijek jugak)
Meat cutlets (buuuuuuuu...!)
Goma salad (pinpon! boleh makan, sebab sayur)
Onigiri (pinpon! boleh makan juge punn)
And after some serious gut-stuffing, we played Fruits Basket!
weeyoouu! slama ni tengok dalam anime je, taktau main pon.
The fact that I can now boast on "Hey, Aku tahuu main itu game Fruits Basket!" made me feel really cool.
But the game grew pretty intense after a few rounds.
I got shoved by William, knocked on my knee by Kevin and have some unintentional skinship moments with many.
I even developed some bruises on my leg because of that. Gee, thanks lahh korang!
But I don't really care bout that, it's part of the game!
The game however ended in an abrupt end when William accidentally knocked Michelle down. She hitted her head at the table in a loud "owee" bang. And we awkwardly end the game when she quitted playing.
Talk about awkward moments. I have plenty.
Still, the "Emergency" Bubur Lambuk was loved and prized by many, some of the American students even asked for the recipe! hahaha!
Adehmaaakkk..lawak siot takleh blah betul.
Let's wait for our next adventure. Maybe more surprises to come. weeehuuu!

But with less skinship of course.
